Welcome to Celebration

We're so glad you're here!

About Us

Our Mission

Celebration is a Christian community that loves God, loves people, and serves both.

We are a congregation of the Southeastern Synod of the ELCA.

What to Expect

When you come to Celebration, you can expect to be welcomed into a friendly, positive, and Christ-centered environment by people who are genuinely glad to see you!

Our services last approximately 1 hour. If you enjoy traditional hymns, we recommend the 8:15 am Sunday morning service. If you prefer contemporary Christian music, we recommend the 10:45 am service.

Can’t join on Sunday morning? No worries! Stream online or check out our Saturday evening service at 5:30 pm.

We acknowledge that families come in a kaleidoscope of shapes and sizes, and we are happy to include everyone in our worship service. We refer to each other as our “Celebration family,” and we mean it! We’re very relaxed.

Stay after early service (8:15 am) or come early for late service (10:45 am) for coffee and socializing in the Fellowship Hall!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I Wear?

Come as you are. We mean it! From jeans to your “Sunday best,” we see it all.

Can I Bring My Kids/Baby?

Of course! All of us are children of God, and that includes even the smallest among us!

Can I Take Communion?

Yes! We take communion each week as a tangible reminder of God’s gift to us in Jesus Christ. We believe in open communion.

Do You Have Sunday School?

Yes! We have Intergenerational Sunday School at 9:30 in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone of every age is encouraged to participate!

What If I'm Not Like Everyone Else?

For one reason or another, some people feel like they don’t fit in at church. Let us be clear: Everyone is welcome to worship and work on their relationship with God with us.

Do I Have to Give Money to Attend?

Nope. The offering that we collect on Sundays is for people who call Celebration their “home” church. If you’re new or visiting, your gift to us is your presence!
